Something not working, a question or an idea? Write to us at soporte@tryyema.com and we'll answer by email.
1. Write to us
- By email: soporte@tryyema.com. Tell us what happened, whether you use iPhone or Android and your version of Yema, which is at the bottom of More. If it's about a screen, a screenshot helps a lot.
- From the app: More → We want to hear from you. Tell us what you'd like to change or what you like.
- We'll never ask for your password or a code by email, by message or by phone.
2. Your account
- Signing in: with Apple, with Google or with a code sent to your email, no passwords. If the code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and ask for a new one.
- Your data: More → Download my data.
- Deleting your account: More → Delete my account. It's deleted at once, on your phone and in the cloud. If you no longer have the app, do it at tryyema.com/borrar-cuenta.
3. Yema Plus
- Cancelling: the store charges the subscription, so you cancel it there. On iPhone, Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android, Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel it. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
- Restoring: if you change phones or reinstall the app, sign in with the same account and tap "Restore purchases" on the Yema Plus screen.
- Refunds: the store where you bought decides them. With Apple, ask at reportaproblem.apple.com; with Google Play, use its refund request. If you write to us, we'll help you ask.
4. Apple Health and Health Connect
- Connecting them is optional, and each piece of data has its own switch in More → Apple Health (iPhone) or More → Health Connect (Android).
- To take Yema's access away completely: on iPhone, Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > Yema; on Android, in the Health Connect app > App permissions > Yema.
5. If an answer isn't right
- Tap the thumbs down on the answer and tell us why. If it's offensive or harmful, choose "It's offensive or harmful": we review it.
- A dish someone else shared in Eat out can be reported with "Report", and it stops showing.
- Yema isn't a medical device and doesn't replace your doctor or your dietitian. In an emergency, call your country's emergency number.
6. Privacy and terms
- What data we use and why: tryyema.com/en/privacidad, and your health data at tryyema.com/en/privacidad-salud.
- The rules of the service: tryyema.com/en/terminos.
- Yema belongs to Duvan Vargas, a private individual, Calle 32 #52b-150, Rionegro, Antioquia, Colombia.
